Description
It would probably be better if this was packaged as a windhawk mod.
Windhawk is like a userscript manager, but for c++ scripts, and focused on tweaking OS features or apps.
One added benefit, is that you don't ship a dll, since it is compiled locally.
It also makes it easy to modify the C++ code locally.
