Some plugins should probably be deprecated

Since latest OWRX+ versions let the admin set the default waterfall theme and also save the band plan visibility and the waterfall theme for each user (locally), it might make sense to deprecate set_waterfall_theme and show_band_plan plugins.

I totally agree about the set_waterfall_theme plugin because I see the new feature in the waterfall settings section.
I don't see an option for the admin to "force" the visibility of the band plan ribbon, so maybe we should wait for that before deprecating the show_band_plan plugin

Is it truly necessary though, given that a user can enable said ribbon any time, and it only needs to be enabled once?

Considering that installing it is completely optional, I see no harm in leaving it as is. However, I developed the plugin more for my own personal use and convenience than with the idea that it could actually be useful to others. Therefore, I will continue to use it on my receivers. I'll leave it up to you to decide whether to deprecate it or not. It might, however, be useful to have the same option directly in the OpenWebRX+ settings.
