Ability to immedietly despawn lights

The ability to immediately despawn a light when the object, ncpc or animation they are linked to is no longer visible

This would allow situations like below to look better, as the light from the high alchemy remains even after the spotanim disappears due to the air blast cast spotanim

Is this just not doable with the current stuff? It seems slightly tricky to decide how to integrate something like this, since it goes directly against the fadeOutDuration and lifetime options. I'm guessing the idea is something like if the parent object despawns earlier than expected, hide it immediately, otherwise use the current behaviour?

If i have to use a fixed despawn time to properly time a light then it isnt possible, in cases where a fixed despawn time is used, setting a hypothetical option that hides it as soon as its parent is hidden, it should simply take precedent over the latter and start any fades accordingly

besides there being no fade that works pretty well!

Nice :) I can probably make it fade out using the standard visibility fade, but I thought it had to be instant at first.

Perhaps it could be false, true, instant?

Hmm, maybe if we want it configurable like that, we might as well convert it to parentDespawnFadeOutDuration or something along those lines?

whatever works, im thinking that if theres a light thats timed with the animation and also has a long fade, just using the normal fade could still result in a lingering light
