代码部署的1panel，应用商店里安装OpenResty时，版本没有显示，导致无法安装。

前端报错

麻烦大佬帮忙看下，为啥OpenResty的版本号全都不显示导致无法安装，而其他软件都正常啊？我是用源码 make build_all运行的。

补充：后端api http://localhost:9988/api/v2/apps/openresty 返回 "versions": null, 这应该是问题所在。
