Add export/import to toolbar context menu

It would be useful if I could right-click on a folder in my bookmark toolbar and export that folder from the context menu. And also to be able to "Import bookmarks here" from the context menu.

Adding "export" in context menu is intuitive but considering all bookmarks already have a path, how should "Import bookmarks here" work you mean?

Remove the top level of the path repeatedly while the top level for every bookmark is the same, then prepend the path of the folder that was right-clicked on to each of the bookmarks. Alternatively just do that second part.
