Special Characters Export

First: Awesome script. its really handy.

I have an issue regarding special characters. When I export, and then check the sql (and want to import), i see all questionmarks (?) for special characters.

Question: How can I export also the special characters? Thanks

char: "č" = "?" i am using Slovak language = LATIN .

Sorry for the headaches.

I haven't had time to review this issue. I've been rewriting stuff in a different branch for some time. The branch is namespaced. You can see the new interface here: https://github.com/2createStudio/shuttle-export/blob/namespaced/demo.php
