Restrict Black Sea - Mediterranean flow

Issue description

See ACCESS-Community-Hub/access-om3-paper-1#10 (comment) - Black Sea too salty, Aegean too fresh with 25km topog which suggests the Bosphorus flow needs to be reduced (this is currently 1 cell wide so may require shallowing, or using MOM6's CHANNEL_CONFIG or porous barriers). Should probably first confirm this is an issue in an IAF run.
