[Feature]: Quality Of life improvement in Diagram Editor

Is your feature request related to a problem?

1. Better Pan support, right now it's independent panning, some users want lock panning and move with space
2. Constrain Key generation should be optional for every export; the user should have that freedom

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Panning toggle via settings feature, by default it's free panning, if the user changes settings, then they have to toggle pan on or off from editor actions. Or they can pan by holding space
2. As of now, when a user connects a table with another table, the foreign key constraint is auto applied during export. Not everyone liked this; users should have the freedom in which relationship should apply the foreign key constraint
