Might initial thoughts are that we already have tasks for these built out. I'm not sure we need a feature story. Just seems like overhead. Is there any benefit to having this feature story? I honestly don't think we need this feature story, much of this has already been built out and implemented. Let me know if you guys feel otherwise, but I'm pretty sure you can track the development of this through the other tasks that already exist.

i think what @bellom has done looks good.
well, we may not necessarily need the feature story but we are just trying to describe the functionality from the perspective of an end-user by using both the description and feature story.
i think we will need the links to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy drafts attached to this issue or ticket since you've worked on them already so we can have everything that concerns this functionality here for easy tracking.
