There are errors in he php paths and also percona commands. I have attached the correct script with the changes.

Also this is where it gets stuck and doesn't move anyfurther
estarting Nginx, PHP-FPM and MySQL.
Done.
Using custom nginx default site settings.
cat: tmp/default.nginx: No such file or directory
Saving default my.cnf as /etc/mysql/my.bak
Using custom my.cnf as temporary solution.
You should optimize the my.cnf later from percona.com's wizard or using Major Hayden's Script.
You will not see Error Connecting Database Error with our my.cnf
Restarting Nginx, PHP-FPM and MySQL.

Apart from that its an awesome script and hopefully someone can fix the freezing error above

Well after waiting about 20mins it finally unfroze but has errors

Restarting Nginx, PHP-FPM and MySQL.
Job for mysql.service failed because a timeout was exceeded. See "systemctl status mysql.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
A directory named thecustomizewindows will be created at /etc/nginx/ location.
You will need to the load scripts from /etc/nginx/thecustomizewindows location for W3 Total Cache.
If you rename that thecustomizewindows directory, adjust the new path via Nginx vHost file.
We used our domain name thecustomizewindows name to avoid confusing with your domain name later.
It has no other importance.
