- Estimation mode was slow and cumbersome, needed to rerun ActivitySim multiple times

- Run Multiprocessing in estimation mode, and change format of estimation data bundles (EDB)
- Built into the CI test to ensure EDB consistency -- new format
- Allows for destination choice alt sampling in estimation mode (not previously allowed)

- Changed data frame to ID-CASE, ID-ALT format (preferred for LARCH)
