- Possible ideas for the workshop program:
- Implementation scan -- where are agencies in their processes, experiences
- Dig into the Roadmap as an example of collaboration and "where we're going"
- Substantial Revisions need to be reviewed. Need to identify someone from WSP or CS team with time. Full update at the next meeting.
- Sijia updated and added substantially more content
- Ch 1: Elaborated more on ActivitySim project objectives based on member comments
- Short-term and Long-term Key Results
- Ch. 2: Clarified Roadmap purpose and need
- Ch. 3: (Software)
- Added strengths and weaknesses, motivation for improvements, both current and future architecture
- Added alternatives to Pandas for better performance
- Ch. 4: (Behavioral Representation) -- added more topics
- Ch. 5: Management and Governance
- Added org chart for current structure; added interim structure
- Monthly Calendars for future meetings -- all hands, sub-group teams
- Added/updated more topics -- issues, funding, decision making
- Ch 1: Elaborated more on ActivitySim project objectives based on member comments
