Technical

Phase 10 Proj Mgmt Closeout Strategy

  • Wrap actual work by end of June
  • Invoicing complete by end of July
  • AMPO and Zephyr will clear the books (transfer $) by end of August
  • If anything is outstanding on a prior task order (including Phase 8 and 9), identify any unbilled balances (CS, WSP, RSG)
    • Should roll into a new task order with Zephyr and close books w/ AMPO
  • Closing out work (CS, WSP, RSG)
    • Identify work that will not be fully billed out by June 30--ideally commit to completing the task ASAP and bill in June.

ActivitySim@MoMo

  • 7 ASim-related abstracts accepted
  • Slot designated for an ActivitySim Workshop -- Sunday afternoon at 1:30
  • Possible ideas for the workshop program:
    • Implementation scan -- where are agencies in their processes, experiences
    • Dig into the Roadmap as an example of collaboration and "where we're going"

PopSim Update PR

  • Substantial Revisions need to be reviewed. Need to identify someone from WSP or CS team with time. Full update at the next meeting.

Roadmap Revised Distribution

  • Sijia updated and added substantially more content
    • Ch 1: Elaborated more on ActivitySim project objectives based on member comments
      • Short-term and Long-term Key Results
    • Ch. 2: Clarified Roadmap purpose and need
    • Ch. 3: (Software)
      • Added strengths and weaknesses, motivation for improvements, both current and future architecture
      • Added alternatives to Pandas for better performance 
    • Ch. 4: (Behavioral Representation) -- added more topics
    • Ch. 5: Management and Governance
      • Added org chart for current structure; added interim structure
      • Monthly Calendars for future meetings -- all hands, sub-group teams
      • Added/updated more topics -- issues, funding, decision making
  • People are urged to review and comment prior to June 26 meeting where this will be discussed at length
