Avalanche: Compare newly built manifest.*.bin with upstream manifest from worktree #124
Description
This is a feature that will fail builds if the newly built manifest differs from the committed upstream manifest, which should ensure that they never get published.
This is mostly a QoL feature, but it is applicable to the future ABI-analysis workflow, and as such, should probably have an explicit failture state?
It might make sense to add some sort of manifest diff to the browsable build log on failure?
