Boat Scene Skybox

Currently this scene uses a skybox that comes from the Oculus Integration Package. It is possible for the player to see the bottom of the skybox, which is a different color than the rest of it.

We cannot just change the imported texture, since new people who download the project and the package will still have the original, not-so-great skybox
