Access, metadata, retention, and AI training sources

In order to use this service, we need to understand the following. Could you please provide me with resources to answer these questions?

They do address data collection, usage, sharing, and user rights in their privacy policy and seem to prohibit the training of ML models on proprietary customer data and metadata - however, there are some concerns regarding the vague data retention periods and specific opt-out controls for third-party analytics within the extension.

• Can we obtain information on who has access to our data within AltimateAI?
• Can we obtain information on what data and metadata is retained, and if we can request to purge with evidence that our data was removed?

Their commitment to not train on customer-provided prompts is ideal, but the general sourcing of “publicly available sources” for training and the lack of specific details about the LLM models used and their governance raise concerns about the overall AI lifecycle.

Ideally, we would need evidence to show what public resources were used to train their LMs if possible?
