Missing package.json in theme file or incomplete instructions #3

Phillipp thanks for the great webinar and producing this repo.
I have checked it out locally and I following the instructions on the readme does not really do anything as the theme is in a different folder but more importantly there is no package.json in it (in order to run npm run dev). Perhaps this was intentional but the README instructions don't make much sense anymore and no alternative instructions exists.
