Description of changes
The preview controller check for link access does not check anymore if a specific entity is attached to the link (basically to a preview token). This is the start o a bigger refactoring which will remove the content entity attach to preview tokens, so that basically we can open for preview pages which are not entities.
How has this been tested?
Locally, manually.
