[Feature] Allow HTML in wysiwyg editor

• Yes, I have searched the existing issues and it doesn't exist.

Feature Description

While the wysiwyg editor is awesome for non-engineers,
It would be great to allow engineers to edit HTML for engineers

We could investigate if the editor offers this by default; if not, we can add an Edit HTML field inthe WYSIWYG editor that can switch between both the views

Interesting idea, will definitely consider it for the future. The issue with allowing direct HTML is just like any other spot in the app, it's prone to security risks. Something to note is, the current editor not only is Wysiwyg, but also supports Markdown, which is also pretty common among developers.
