Ports on app_intrf not created correctly

When changing plugins (or anything that changes the port list) sometimes audio port names are added to the midi port list.
Seems to happen when pressing "cancel" button in the port lists. This should simply clear the port list.
If too much work  - postpone, since port system on the user interface will change when the app_intrf is rewritten.
