Support Custom Elements Manifest #6
Description
This along with #3 could be great to have a more general tool rather than library specific

I think both Custom Elements Manifest and VSCode Custom HTML Data formats are a good way to start supporting a more general way to do so
Also https://github.com/open-wc/custom-elements-manifest/tree/master/packages/analyzer can help quite a lot to generate schemas for those libraries that currently don't produce it
