[Help Needed] Make ODI Works on FH OLT

So, my ISP are using FH ONT & FH OLT
The status got looping. I've already using FAKE_OK, but no success.

Did anyone already success to make ODI works on FH environment? Could you please copy and paste any values that I need to fill in?

I've already tried to fill up using this value
