Slow using ODI DFP-32x-2c2

I have suscribed to 1Gigabit connection tho the speed drop to 640 DL / 530 UL is there wrong with my config?

have you tried set Egress limit to 1200M at Mikrotik Switch > Port ?

i tried setting it in egress and it improved. Are there any more tweaks to improve it's performance specially on the stick? I'm using CCR2116 as it's host

The upload speed is still slow after setting the egress. I connected it through 2.5g realtek pcie card. and 2.5g switch
