Fails without inotify-tools when installed from AUR

When installed from AUR, it fails to run if inotify-tools is not manually installed.

# /usr/bin/grub-btrfsd --syslog /.snapshots
[!] inotifywait was not found, exiting. Is inotify-tools installed?

Probably good idea to update docs.

Same thing happens when installed from the repo, because inotify-tools is listed as an optional dependency only. I think it makes sense to make inotify-tools a required dependency because almost everyone needs it.

Or make inotify-tools truly optional, and allow package to run without it.

Asked to make it required here but I think it can be used without the daemon, then the inotify-tools is not needed.

Then it shouldn't crash if that dependency isn't present.
