Draft PR containing useful WIP changes, to keep alive the branch for future reference.
Contains work related to specialize_std_vector, which is useful for SWIG wrappers returning a vector of enums,
which is required for (unmerged) functions in PDFUAConformance (for getting a list of violations).
Currently just has Python working (since PyInt_Check is a built-in function),
other sections have form but are commented, we'll need to define custom analogues to the relevant functions,
see committed comments for more details.
