[Bug] "Left Panel" translation not working

The current behavior
Left Panel translation is not applied if the viewer has a different language.

The expected behavior
The translation in the project or the additionalTranslations for "Left Panel" is applied after the language of the viewer has been changed.

Steps to reproduce
Open Viewer with language "de" and check the translation for "Left Panel" by hovering over the button. This behavior can also be seen in the Internationalization Demo

Thank you for raising this. It has been added to the backlog. When it gets fixed we will let you know which version will include the fix.
