Allow MediaBackup to backup S3 data to other backends

many files of our fully dockerized app are stored inside s3. we'd be happy if the mediabackup command would be able to include those inside the backup to any backend.

Describe the solution you'd like

Name bucket and paths inside a config. then this content is included in backup.
