Adding a new nav command in support of @lthall work for adding support for circular arcs to scurves (PR here:
ArduPilot/ardupilot#31139)
I have also opened a PR to mavlink/mavlink (here: mavlink#2357). So this command ID does not conflict.
I am not sure what the normal process is/what order things are typically done in terms of getting new commands into ardupilot/mavlink and mavlink/mavlink is, so some guidance would be appreciated.
