Yes

Description of the Issue

Firefox 138 now Use Acrylic-Style Menus for pop-up Windows That Better Fit the Optics of the Operating System. But now I see the menus too transparent.

What happened?
Must it be a CSS setting?

Issue description, userChrome.css/userContent.css 'settings' the issue occurs with and steps to reproduce the issue
