Neopixel Jewel 7 not working #124

Hey,
first of all, great to see people realizing such projects which are way over my top. I did all the steps to bring the ESP to life which worked fine. I installed the fastLED library and connected the three pins according to the manual on 5V, GND and pin 7.
The tally connected fine to the WIFI and on the first ESP the LEDs worked fine, indicating red and green. After unplugging and testing on the next day, connection worked still fine, but the LEDs don't work anymore. Even the status LED (white and blue) are not working.
I thought that the LEDs are defect, so I sodered another Neopixel on the tally, same pins, of course, but still no light.
Is there any way anyone could help out?
