ACEMID uploader script with upload speed measure.

This version ACEMID uploader script has been integrated with function of measure_transfer_speed(). Besides uploading the required ACEMID data to your XNAT instance, it also produce a transfer speed json file for you to download and futher analyze your upload speed.
