[STORY] Split up Arcana into FrameTree, Pydra2App and core Arcana

The Arcana package should be split into 3 components so they can be used independently of each other; FrameTree, Pydra2App and the core Arcana (which will just consist of the Analysis class logic)

Acceptance Criteria

• 1. Split into 3 packages
• 2. FrameTree should be independent of the other two
• 3. Pydra2App should be independent of Arcana
