Description
For researchers who analyse medical images the AIS pipelines suite is a library of production-ready pipelines that enables researchers to apply state-of-the-art analysis methods to their data, and unlike current methods that require experienced operators to run analyses on workstations or HPCs, the pipelines will robustly analyse datasets via a simple UI dialog within XNAT.
Outcomes
Researchers will be able to easily run state-of-the-art analysis pipelines on their data.
