Using the pydra-compose-bidsapp pydra component extension, wrap existing BIDS apps into XNAT-ready pipelines.

Benefit Hypothesis

Researches will be able to run BIDS apps on their data in XNAT directly.

• fMRIPrep runs on XNAT
• dMRIPrep runs on XNAT
