User would like us to add UTM options to our shortlink feature

How

A handful of plugins and services allow users to add UTMs and other code to shortened links as a premium service. User is hoping we can add them here for a simpler experience, since we have a built in shortener.

As for how, I'd leave that up to designers, but perhaps the simplest option would be to offer the chance to edit the URL that's being shortened, then validate it to be sure it's still the same site / nothing malicious.
