Sensei Logo in Standard Layout: replace the Contact Teacher block in the sidebar with Sensei logo and link #6742
Description
Goal
For the Standard Layout (default in Sensei LMS and Course theme):
- Remove Contact Teacher block.
- Add Sensei branding: logo and link in the bottom of the page.

Please, refer the proposed design.
In Standard and Modern layouts it is part of the sidebar. In this case:
- On mobile the distance between course outline and the branding is always 48px.
- On desktop we keep the Spacer (it takes all available space) when applicable by design, but maintain minimum 48px between the outline and the branding.
In other templates, at least visually, it is in the bottom it the row with lesson actions.
