Usually we do not put periods/dots (.) after "Learn more" links in the WooPayments/WooPay settings, which you can see under the Payments > Settings page. However, a stray one has snuck in here:

This itself is pretty minor, but if your viewport is beyond a certain width, that period will be stranded on it's own line, which looks awkward.

We should remove it.
