Pagination Block links not consistently responsive

Context and steps to reproduce

A customer's pagination links on the shop page do not consistently work in navigating their visitors from one page to the next. We've been unable to replicate this on test sites, but can replicate the issue with all plugins disabled and multiple different themes applied to the site. We also tried adding a new Query Loop block to the Product Catalog template which did not resolve the pagination issue.

To replicate:

1. Navigate to account in {9670638}-zen
2. Open up their site and navigate to /shop
3. Try to click 2 or Next Page at the bottom of the shop page to navigate.
4. The link won't work and the page won't refresh with new products.

I've just tested the Shop page and the pagination is currently working on my end. I'm asking the user to check if they're still experiencing the issue.

This is not working for me still. Clicking on pagination outputs JS errors in dev console, with all plugins deactivated on staging:

Update: Resolved by switching to unmanaged Gutenberg, version 20.6.0. Previously they were on 20.0.4.
