Proposed Changes

• Point customizer links to WP-admin
• Redirect /customizer/ Calypso to WP-Admin
• Update tests

Why are these changes being made?

• Changes made in context of Untangling initiative

Testing Instructions

• Use the Calypso live link
• Go to a page that uses the getCustomizerUrl function (e.g. themes)
• Activate a classic theme
• Click on the Customize button
• Notice that you are now redirected to wp-admin/customize.php page, not the /customize/ Calypso page
• Go to calypso.live/customize/your-site
• Notice that now you are redirected to WP-Admin
