Should be reproducible in any project using 12.0.999-cibuild0056029-alpha, both net9.0-ios and net10.0-ios, simulator and physical device.

Came here to post the same issue. Simple repo steps are:

1. Create a new Avalonia app.
2. Change AvaloniaVersion to 11.2.8.
3. Test application to see everything is working
4. Change AvaloniaVersion to 11.3.0-RC1
5. Test application and screen is reduced in size

Tested on physical device and simulator. Both fail with 11.3+
