[Resources] Ability to remove, add or temporary disable specific resource

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, resources viewer is mutable, but only for existing properties.
There is no way to add or remove them.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make it possible to:

1. Add resources of pre-defined types (limited by our property grid).
2. Remove selected resources.
3. Disable resources, effectively removing them from the dictionary, but keeping in the developer tools until enabled again.
