A new package lodestone-news is distributed on npmjs.com, which uses cheerio to fetch news directly from lodestone.

It is more important to refactor the lodestone plugin, maybe this feature can be put on v4.2 or later.

It still needs to be implemented, but it looks like players are more focused when the maintenance is done. So it would be better that the bot initiatively send a message saying something like "the server is going to be active in one minute".
