apim api get doesn't give the list of APIs

Bug description

apim api get -s is not giving the list of APIs even after filtering it with -org.
apim app get works fine.

Tested with versions 1.14.4, 1.14.5, 1.14.6 and 1.14.11. It is the same behavior.

The user is the OrgAdmin.

Now I observe even worse - giving -orgName does not help, getting

/api/portal/v1.4/proxies call seems to return lots of information (using chunked HTTP encoding) from the following organizations:

Hi @saper
With orgadmin role you can't view / list other organizations.

You need be a API administrator to filter orgs.

@rathnapandi I don't want to list other organizations. I want to list the APIs in the organizations I have access to. This used to work until the user becomes admin of multiple organizations.
