hyprland current_keyboard property

Currently only way to get keyboard layout is calling 'keyboard-layout' signal, but it is unconvenient to use because I need to call the signal when I need to get my current keyboard layout.

It would be more convenient if current-layout property existed.

Currently I am using hyprctl to catch my current keyboard layout.
