BizTalk Migrator 1.0.0 released

This release publishes a new version of the biztalkmigrator-cli Chocolatey package which is a dependent package of the main BizTalk Migrator tool, to ensure that this repo keeps in step with the overall 1.0.0 release of the tool.

In this release:

• Bumps release version to v1.0.0
• Adds new Targets for Standard, StandardLite and ConsumptionLite, removes Ise target

Initial release of the BizTalk Migrator. This tool is developed through five different repositories - aimcore, aimmodel, aimtool, aimazure, and aimbiztalk. The primary documentation is in the aimtool repository.
