[BUG] cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'address')

Describe the bug
Azure IoT Explorer shows multiple windows with the error message: cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'address') (see screenshot below).

Process Explorer shows these are from the Azure IoT Explorer

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run Azure IoT Explorer
2. Leave the computer alone (sleep)

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Use Process Explorer to find the owning window:

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• OS Version: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26100.3476]
• App version [e.g. 22]: Azure IoT Explorer Preview 0.15.12.0

Additional context

• The problem seems to occur when the computer is left idle for a long time
• It has occurred more than once
• More than one error window appears
• The error windows have a USB icon
