[FEATURE REQ] Live Activity and Dynamic Island support

• For implementing Live Activity and Dynamic Island with push notifications, we don't see any capability in Azure notification hub. We're using ANH for push notifications on Android & iOS platforms.

Describe the solution you'd like

• I want to have Live Activity and Dynamic Island support in the Azure notification hub with push notifications.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Using APNS APIs directly in our backend.
