Get-AzRoleAssignment doesnt work properly

When i run the Get-AzRoleAssignment without any parameters after i do a Select-AzSubscription . The output shows only role assignments on resources where i have a read access with Scope "This Resource" I do have owner role on many other resources which are inheried scope but it doesnt list those roles . Has anyone else encountered this behaviour ?
