[QUERY] CallAgent.OnIncoming events firing if the call is PSTN

Query/Question

We need to subscribe to Incoming call events using the .Net SDK.

Looking at #31167 shows a bug that prevented CallAgent.OnIncoming events from firing if the call is PSTN - phone number to phone number.

Since the behavior is supposedly working for the JavaScript SDK, this seems like a bug. Was this fixed in the never versions and just not documented or is there a workaround ? Our development / workflow would mostly depend on this one functionality.
