[Feature Request] Support service connection auth for ADO wiki population

Cx is unable to create non-personalized ADO PATs due to corp security guidelines.

Describe the solution you'd like
Build-PolicyDocumentation should be able to be executed without a PAT, instead it should use the access token of the service connection to authenticate against the ADO wiki API.

I have this 80% complete - I need to do some additional testing but I should be able to push an update with EPAC supporting this and with documentation within the next 5 days. @rbnmk @L480

Hey @rbnmk - I've attempted multiple ways to do this and keep hitting a brick wall. Have you tested this in the past to see what works for you?

I believe I can do it using a Secret and Client ID however I want to focus purely on Federated Credentials.

I can grab a Bearer token but cannot make the ADO request do a "git pull" using the bearer token. Been trying different methods and none are successful.

@apybar Sorry, I totally missed your comment. Federated Credentials would be best way forward - so that would be nice to have. Is there any branch or code that I can work with or that you can share?
