Issues in installing flexynesis using pip

I am getting this error even when I have python 3.11

Which system are you using? Rolv or Docker or Mamba?

can you write the full set of commands you used to create the environment, activate it and install flexynesis?

It worked when I used this command after activating mamba env
pip install flexynesis --upgrade --no-cache-dir
